Demeter's Manual traces the origins of parliamentary Law, by which is meant orderly deliberation and action by an Assembly of persons or a Diet of citizens, to c. 750 BC in Greece. It was during that era that the idea of self-government, with the right to deliberate in Assembly and to speak and vote on public questions, was conceived.
The Greeks instituted the Athenian Agora, equivalent to the American town meeting, consisting of the whole body of Male citizens above eighteen years of age, which met forty times each year on the Acropolis. Any citizen could address the meeting from the Bema and vote on questions before the Assembly.
Circa 450 BC, the Romans adopted the concept of self-government and expanded it with the institution of the Forum, where Roman orators addressed the General Assembly from the Rostra and the people afterward voted on pending questions.
Each of the early Anglo-Saxon kingdoms had its own Witenagemot, which was a national Assembly consisting of freemen who owned land. The structure of the Anglo-Saxon governmental machinery was left largely intact even after the Norman Conquest in 1066, with the Norman kings assembling a "Great Council" of court officials, barons, and prelates that was constitutionally a continuation of the Witen.

Article III a credit union, ‘SAXON COWBOY CHURCH’ [SCH] helps capitalize and defend by the labors of the Active members within the Circle of their independent Guild and local Club Charters. All three under the auspice and Office of [RhH] ‘RhineStoneHAMMER’ and its executive organizational bodies ‘QORPS’.
The credit union organization shall further allow people who actively work and help to build the Labor Guild, Market, and Council to be responsible for their own success and Organization.
The Labor Guild Credit Union [SCH]‘SAXON COWBOY CHURCH’ will allow ‘QORPS’ and the [RhH]’RhineStoneHAMMER’ to invest in their own future, in the future of their children, and in the future of the Community. In effect it would allow the family of families at its core to be free of the international market and the International Bankers.
At any rate they will SURELY be masters of their own credit beholden to none but their own Labors. This unto itself is the most worthy of the Tasks put before us: Break the bonds of interest and the banker's whim over our People, by the People becoming THEIR OWN bank and
side stepping the agents of usury and chaos. A credit union is the poor man's bank. His Shield against
the darts of the Banker's Manipulations.
A credit union in the context of a tight Commonality, will allow this Club Organization and member Guilds to have control and real power over their own jobs, homes, and general well being.
It is the lynch pin and Engine: We that Produce, that Labor, and create Value, are Ourselves a bank.
